Mainly with our trademarks Polizene® and Polystone®, we are able to supply semifinished products always available at stock (extruded and pressed sheets, welding rods, rods, etc.) and we produce, with modern and highly prcise CNC machines, finished products (profils, guides, curves, straight elements, etc.) following customers' technical drwaings and instructions.
In addition to PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene) e PVDF (FM-Test standard 4910) we are able to supply sheets and machined parts in PVC with the trademark Trovidur®.
Synergies with our sister-company Sustaplast Srl extended the Röchling range with special products as PA (polyammide), POM (acetalic), PC (polycarbonate), PET, PEEK, PSU, ABS, etc.

Durostone®
Durostone® is a heavy-duty glass fibre reinforced plastic.
Durostone® is manufactured by using Polyester, Vinylester, Epoxid- and modified Epoxy resins combined with glass fibre mats, glass fabrics and rovings.
Durostone® pressed sheets meet the requirements of the EN 60893 standard.
Thanks to extremely high mechanical resistance and excellent electrical, thermical and chemical properties, Durostone® is is especially well-suited for the use in generator construction, switchgear, chemicals processing equipment and transportation systems.
The product range includes sheets, composite profiles, wounds components and special machined parts of nearly all kind and sizes (up to 4m x 2.80m). We are also able to offer FRP compression moulded parts through our subsidiary Permali Composites S.A.

Lignostone®
Lignostone® is a laminated densified wood according to DIN 7707. It consists of beech veneers, which are joined together with thermosetting synthetic resins under pressure and heat.
Lignostone® is characterized by the following properties:
- Low specific weight
- Good electrical insulation
- Withstands high mechanical loading
- Good slippage
- Low and high-temperature resistance
- Resistance to abrasion and wear
The product range comprises sheets, profiles, wound components and machined parts of nearly all kind and sizes (up to 4m x 2.80m).
